Website terms and conditions
Published Updated
These website terms and conditions explain how to use information on the TCM Lab website and what happens when you contact us about a visit. The site is intended to help you understand our clinic information, consider whether to make an appointment enquiry, and prepare questions for a practitioner. It is not a checkout page or an automatic booking system. A message, form submission or WhatsApp conversation starts an enquiry; your requested time, practitioner, clinic and any individual arrangements become confirmed only when TCM Lab replies with confirmation. Please read this page alongside the relevant policy pages before relying on a website detail or making plans around a proposed appointment.
Appointments are confirmed through WhatsApp. If you have language requirements, please mention them in your enquiry.

The short answer
You may read and use TCM Lab website information for personal reference and to make an appointment enquiry. Please do not copy, republish or present site material as your own without permission. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment, clinical recommendation, price agreement or other individual arrangement. Confirmation requires a direct reply from TCM Lab that states the relevant details. For information about how personal details are handled, review the linked privacy information before you contact the clinic.

Website and visit information
This directory brings together services, reading, and visit information related to website and visit information, to help you prepare questions for a consultation.
Health information can help you prepare questions, but it does not replace an individual professional assessment; Chinese medicine clinic Hong Kong is an entry point to service and visit information.
Before reviewing a service, acupuncture Hong Kong can help you understand related options and identify what to ask at a consultation.
Your questions, answered
Frequently asked questions
Can I rely on a service description as advice for my condition?
No. Service descriptions are general information. They do not assess your symptoms, health history, medicines or individual circumstances. Raise suitability questions directly with a registered Chinese medicine practitioner during an arranged consultation.
What should I include in an appointment enquiry?
Include the location you prefer, a few possible times, the general service or practical question, and a contact method. Mention important logistical needs as a request to be checked. Do not send more sensitive information than is necessary for the initial enquiry.
When is an appointment confirmed?
It is confirmed when TCM Lab replies directly with the relevant agreed details, such as the date, time and location. A website visit, message sent by you, or a proposed time is not confirmation by itself.
What if I need to change a confirmed appointment?
Contact TCM Lab promptly and refer to the Changing or cancelling an appointment page. Changes need to be handled as individual requests; do not assume that leaving a message or changing a personal calendar updates the clinic arrangement.
