Refund enquiries
Published Updated
A refund enquiry is easiest to review when it explains exactly what was arranged, paid for, changed or not received. Send TCM Lab the appointment or service details, the date and payment record, and a short account of what you would like checked. An enquiry starts a review; it is not an automatic confirmation that a refund is due. Clear records help the clinic identify the relevant arrangement and give a considered reply without asking you to reconstruct the transaction later. If the matter concerns an upcoming visit, say so at the outset, because a change to an appointment may need a different response from a question about a completed service.
Appointments are confirmed through WhatsApp. If you have language requirements, please mention them in your enquiry.

The short answer
For a refund enquiry, contact TCM Lab with your name and contact details, appointment or service date, location, payment record, and a concise explanation of the issue and outcome you are seeking. Please keep the original receipt and relevant messages. Each enquiry is reviewed against the service and transaction circumstances; sending an enquiry does not itself confirm a refund. For an appointment you can still change, ask about the cancellation arrangements promptly.

Your questions, answered
Frequently asked questions
What should I send if I no longer have the receipt?
Tell the clinic that the receipt is unavailable and provide the best alternative identifiers: your name, appointment or service date, clinic location, amount paid, payment method, and any booking confirmation or message. Do not guess a receipt number. The more accurate details you can give, the easier it is to identify the transaction.
Can I ask about a refund before a future appointment?
Yes. Make clear that the appointment is still upcoming and give its date, location and booking name. Your enquiry may instead need to be considered under the arrangements for changing or cancelling an appointment, so contact the clinic promptly rather than waiting until after the scheduled time.
Will sending a refund enquiry automatically cancel my appointment?
No. A refund enquiry and an appointment change are different matters. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, say that expressly and provide the appointment details. Do not assume that a message about payment alone changes the booking.
Can someone else make an enquiry for me?
They can contact the clinic, but the clinic may need to confirm authority or request information from the person whose appointment or payment record is involved. Share only the personal and health information necessary to explain the enquiry, and keep payment credentials private.
